VIRTUAL CONSOLE

La consola Wii dispondrá de acceso para descargar 20 años de juegos de gran éxito diseñados originalmente para Nintendo 64, el Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) e incluso la consola Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). La Consola Virtual también dispondrá de una selección de los juegos más populares de Mega Drive y juegos de la consola TurboGrafx (una consola desarrollada por NEC y Hudson). También aparecerán en ella nuevos juegos desarrollados por creadores alternativos con más creatividad que presupuesto.

* Acceso descargable de los mejores titulos de Genesis y TurboGrafx
* Acceso descargable de nuevos y pequeños juegos q costaran alrededor de 500 yens (3,5 €)
* El Classic Controller ha sido diseñado especialmente para el uso de los juegos de la Virtual Console
* Tambien podremos usar el WiiPad para jugar a juegos de la Virtual Console, unicamente tendremos q colocarlo en horizontal
* Los Precios de los juegos seran:
- Juegos de Nes 500 Puntos Wii (5€)
- Juegos de Snes 800 Puntos Wii (8€)
- Juegos de N64 1000 Puntos Wii (10€)

* Los juegos de la Consola Virtual ocupan aproximadamente: 1 MB los de NES, 5 MB los de SNES y 32 MB los de N64.
* Dado que el controlador de N64 tiene seis botones frontales y el mando clásico solo cuatro, los juegos de N64 serán tratados uno a uno para adaptarse a esto.
* Desde Nintendo se asegura que los juegos no incluirán ningún tipo de modo de juego online. Son fieles reproducciones de los originales.
